Shipping Policy

At Thief Brewing, we ship our tasty beers New Zealand wide. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays, so any orders placed during these times will be sent out the next working day.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Most deliveries arrive within three working days, but rural addresses may take a little longer. Delays can occur around public holidays and peak periods like Christmas. If there are any significant delays, we’ll update our website and notify you by email.

Delivery Requirements

  • Couriers cannot deliver to anyone under 18 years old. If you look under 25, you may be asked for ID. Accepted forms include a valid NZ driver’s license, passport, or Kiwi Access card.

  • Couriers will not deliver to anyone intoxicated, regardless of age.

  • A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home and the courier deems it unsafe to leave the package, they will not leave it unattended.

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. The tracking link will activate once the courier collects your parcel. If you have any issues, contact us at beer@thiefbrewing.co.nz, and we’ll work with our freight partners to sort it out.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
